CARIBPR, Fri. June 22, 2007: Hot new dance hall star, Da’Ville has the 15 th annual Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest on his mind. The singer, who last week teamed up with Sean Paul to shoot a video for ‘ Always on My Mind,’ the official remix of his number one hit “”On My Mind,”" is set to thrill fans at ‘ The Greatest Reggae Show On Earth’ on Friday July 20 th at the ‘Evolution’ show. Da’Ville’s critically accalimed single is causing quite a frenzy and the multi-platinum star, Sean Paul, has created an international buzz for Da’Ville and his newly released album off the VP Records label. In 2007, he won the International Reggae and World Music Award for Most Improved Artist . Also in 2006 , from Stone Love and Cooyah, he received the Singer of the Year Award . His album ‘On My Mind,’ released by VP Records on May 15 th , 2007 features four #1 hits, such as, “”Cant Get Over You,”" “”This Time I Promise,”" “”On My Mind”" & “”Always On My Mind”" with Sean Paul and combines sounds of Lover’s Rock, Dancehall and R&B. Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest kicks off on Sunday July 15 th , with a Beach Party featuring the Fab 5 band as well as popular sound systems and deejays. It continues on Thursday July 19 th with Explosion featuring a stellar line-up of the hottest reggae stars under the sun. They include Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Cham, Elephant Man, Movado, Lady Saw, Vybz Kartel, Vegas, Anthony B, Chuck Fenda, Wayne Marshall, Macka Diamond, Ninja Man, Voice Mail, Busy Signal, Aidonia, Gyptian, Lutan Fyah, Kip Rich and Munga Honourable. On Friday night, July 20 th , fans can get ready for Evolution, with LL Cool J, Shaggy, Beres Hammond, Buju ‘The Driver’ Banton, Morgan Heritage, Richie Spice, Da’Ville, Etana and Christopher Martin.
