June 10, 2009: The 2009 Reggae Sumfest train rolls in to New York tomorrow afternoon for the Big Apple media kick-off of the world`s greatest showcase of reggae music. The press conference is set for a top New York Club and will be followed immediately from 9 p.m. by an after party hosted by Upscale Crowd, promoters of several top events in New York City. Jamaica Tourism Minister, Edmund Bartlett will be among the VIP`s attending the event.
While the launch kick-off is by invitation only, all Sumfest fans are invited to the after party at Club Eden, 268 W 47 th Street in Manhattan. For the third consecutive year, Hard Beat Communications will coordinate the New York launch and subsequent North American promotion in the lead up to the festival.
