Biman Signs Order for Three New Bombardier Q400 Aircraft

CaribPR Wire, TORONTO, Canada Sept. 10, 2018: Bombardier Commercial Aircraft announced today that Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. has ordered three new Q400 turboprops by signing a purchase agreement with the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC).

Based on the list price of the Q400 aircraft, the firm order is valued at approximately US$106 million.

“We are very pleased that Biman is expanding its Q400 fleet with this order for three new aircraft,” said François Cognard, VP, Sales, Asia Pacific. “The Q400’s greater seating and cargo capacity really set it apart from the competition. Furthermore, the Q400’s mix of turboprop economics and jet like performance were the best match for Biman’s mix of short and long-range routes. Operators coming back for more Q400 aircraft really validates the benefits of the aircraft’s unique characteristics.”

Biman firma un pedido de tres nuevos aviones Bombardier Q400

CaribPR Wire, TORONTO, Canada, Sept. 11, 2018: Bombardier Commercial Aircraft anunció hoy que Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. ha ordenado tres nuevos turbohélice Q400 mediante la firma de un acuerdo de compraventa con la Corporación Comercial Canadiense (CCC).

Según el precio de lista del avión Q400, el pedido en firme está valorado en aproximadamente 106 millones de USD.

DISH NETWORK TO OFFER THE ICC CRICKET WORLD CUP 2011 IN HIGH DEFINITION

Feb. 15, 2011 – DISH Network L.L.C., the leader in international programming in the United States, today announced that it is delivering an all-access pass to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, ensuring that cricket fans across the country won’t miss a second of the action. Plus for the first time, DISH Network will offer coverage of the tournament in high definition.

The ICC Cricket World Cup, held every four years, will be co-hosted in the sub-continent by Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, and features a 14-nation pool competing for the title. The event opens with Bangladesh playing India on Feb. 19 and will conclude with the championship match in Mumbai on April 2.
