HBO Latin America Presents its New Channel, HBO Signature

MIAMI, Jan. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — HBO Latin America enriches its premium television offering with the launch of a new HBO channel, HBO Signature.  This new channel, which can only be enjoyed by those who subscribe to HBO’s premium package, arrives to further enhance the originality and exclusivity of the brand’s original programming by offering the market’s most premium and acclaimed content.  

 HBO Signature will be the destination of the most award-winning material from pay-tv, and will reinforce the importance and excellence of the material produced exclusively by and for HBO.  The new service, which will be available as of Feb. 1, will allow viewers to enjoy shows, miniseries, exclusive films made for TV and documentaries that have set milestones in the industry not only for their production value, but for the talent found both in front of and behind the camera.

HBO Latin America Group and Flow Present Warner Channel in Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ — HBO Latin America Group signed a carriage agreement with Flow to offer its subscribers the Warner Channel in Jamaica, which will be part of its basic programming package in the country.

    Warner Channel is a pan-regional television subscription channel with presence in Latin America, Brazil and the Caribbean.  Its signal reaches approximately 20 million homes in 24 countries around the continent through 5 different signals that adjust according to the different time zones and languages of the region.

    Warner Channel’s Prime Time remains at the forefront, with shows ranging from drama to comedy, as well as mystery, action and science fiction.
