HBO Announces New Seasons for Their Successful Series Big Love 4, Mad Men 3, and Entourage 6
MIAMI, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ — HBO Latin America announced that this upcoming January 24th would mark the beginning of the 4th season of its controversial series Big Love and the third part of the successful show Mad Men. Additionally, last Sunday, January 10, marked the premier of the sixth season of Entourage.
The fourth season of Big Love, nominated at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards for Best Dramatic Series, Best Lead Actor (Bill Paxton) and Best Supporting Actress (Chloe Sevigny), continue offering viewers a juicy plot which questions the values of marriage through an uncommon family from Salt Lake City. The main cast is composed of Bill Henrickson (Bill Paxton) and his three wives: Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn), Nicki (Chloe Sevigny) and Margene (Ginnifer Goodwin).
Big Love returns with new personal and professional challenges for Bill, who must balance the needs of his three wives, nine children, three homes, and his business ambitions.
Mad Men, winner of multiple Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations, returns with its full cast and with a third season full of changes. This new chapter of the Sterling Cooper agency takes place in New York during the 1960s, under the command of new British investors. Don Draper (Jon Hamm), the show’s protagonist, will have to adapt to his new working environment and face his marital problems once and for all.
Entourage, a 2010 Golden Globe nominee for Best Comedy and for Best Supporting Actor (Jeremy Piven), returns with the young and charismatic actor Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), who continues to enjoy being a Hollywood celebrity along with his 3 inseparable friends: his manager Eric (Kevin Connolly), his half-brother Drama (Kevin Dillon) and the naive Turtle (Jerry Ferrara), as well as his superstar entertainment agent Ari (Jeremy Piven) and his assistant Lloyd (Rex Lee).
During this season, Eric professes his love for Sloan, Drama continues questioning his life’s purpose, and Ari keeps growing his business. Finally Lloyd’s professional career takes off, meanwhile Turtle and Jamie Lynn overcome obstacles in their romance.
